Jennifer Christman, Administrator

Jennifer joined Nephrology Associates in 2016 as Administrator, with responsibility for operational success and effectiveness of Nephrology Associates clinic facilities.  Jennifer’s goal to enhance the ability of physicians and clinicians to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients.

Jennifer brings an extensive background and knowledge in healthcare.  Previously serving in Performance/Operational Excellence, Project Management, and Revenue Cycle leadership roles.

Jennifer is a wife and mother of three.  She is very involved in her children’s activities, the Oconomowoc School District and her local community.  Jennifer has lead the Ixonia Parent Teacher Organization as Vice President.  For three years Jennifer donated her time to the Autumn Ridge Homeowners Association as her husband served as President.  In 2015, partnering with her husband, Jennifer created the Ixonia Knights Youth Baseball Club, which has since grown to include seven teams, giving opportunity to over 80 youth participants to learn baseball skills and compete at a high level.  The club currently holds two Championship Titles in the Wisconsin Division of the Major Youth Baseball Organization.  Jennifer has a strong commitment to excellence in her personal and professional life.  She enjoys hearing from patients and customers and would love to hear from you on how to better our practice.

Kari has her associate degree in business from Waukesha County Technical College and is planning on pursuing her bachelor's degree in business at UW-Whitewater.

Kari enjoys cooking, creating new "do it yourself" projects around the house, and spending time with family and friends.
Tanya, RN
Tanya is a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Moraine Park Technical College in West Bend, WI with an Associates Degree in Nursing in December of 2014. She also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion from Lakeland College, which she earned in 2002. Prior to becoming a nurse, she was a stay at home mom of three children-one girl and two boys-and returned to school to pursue her dream of nursing after they had all started school full time.

She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Bryan, her three amazing children—Hannah, Asher, and Malachi, her 13 year old yellow lab, Molly, and her cat, Ninja. She is also very close with her parents and siblings and spends as much time with them as she can. When she is not busy at work or taking her kids to their soccer, baseball, softball, football or cross country practices and games, she loves to indulge in photography, baking, camping, reading, hiking and anything that allows her to be outside enjoying nature.

Karin is a registered nurse. She graduated from the Associates Degree Nursing Program at Waukesha County Technical College in 1996. Her nursing background includes Long Term Care, Outpatient Dialysis and 12 years in Urology.

She enjoys being a wife and mom, to husband Dave, son Ryan, stepdaughter Melissa and Otis the family dog. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends at the family cabin in Iron River, Wisconsin, bow and gun hunting, ATVing, snowmobiling, photography, listening to music and baking. During the long winter she shoots in an indoor 3-D archery league and enrolls in Zumba classes.
Jennifer, RN
Jennifer is a registered nurse who graduated in May of 2008 from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Her first nursing job was an emergency department nurse, in which she did for 5 years. After that, she decided to do home health nursing for a C-4 quadriplegic, and then joined Nephrology Associates in August 2015.

Jennifer is a loving and caring wife to her husband Bryan, and she is a loving and wonderful mother to her two children, Tyler and Ashley. They got a yellow lab puppy named Toby at the end of October 2015, in which they have lots of fun with!

Jennifer is a very active parent in her children’s schools and volunteers with classroom activities, parties, and field trips as much as she can. She also co-runs the “fun-lunch” program at her children’s middle school. Jennifer enjoys volunteering with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, and loves watching her daughter at her sporting events year-round including volleyball, basketball, and softball. Her daughter recently stopped gymnastics after 6 years on a competing team to free up time to join her schools sports teams.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling to their cabin up north with family and their annual summer fishing trip in Canada, planning new and exciting road trips, traveling to the Caribbean in the winter, and just simply sitting and watching movies relaxing as a family.
