Part 2: Treatment Options discusses the types of dialysis, transplantation, and the option of medical management

Topics included, but not limited to:

  • What is dialysis?
  • Types of dialysis
  • How does dialysis work?
  • Pros and cons of dialysis
  • What is a kidney transplant?
  • Who can have a kidney transplant?
  • Pros and cons of having a transplant
  • What is medical management?
  • Advanced directive and living will

A referral for this 40 minute education appointment will be placed into our computer system and then our office will call you to schedule and appointment that works best for your location and availability. These appointments will be with one of our Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants, based on location and date.
